Ingredients
1 carrot - chopped
1 heaping tsp of
Cold Mountain Mellow White (or
Light Yellow /
Koji miso)
2 tsp of tahini
2 tsp of tamari soy source
Knob of ginger peeled and chopped
1 1/2 tsp of rice vinegar
1 1/2 tsp of honey
1/2 cup water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1.Add all ingredients to a blender.
2.Blend.
3.Ready to pour over vegetables and more.
