Ingredients
1 fl.oz. (30 ml)
Yamajirushi Yuzu Kajyu
1 fl.oz. (30ml) gin
4 fl.oz. (120 ml) club soda
(Optional) a slice of lemon or a mint for garnish
Directions
1. Put ice cubs in a highball glass.
2. Add Yuzu Kajyu, gin and club soda and stir gently.
3. (Optional) add a slice of lemon or a mint for garnish.
